This website is about food, the restaurant business, and our restaurant.  We want to talk about all the topics equally, and not just to represent our business.

The food industry has taken off in the past decades, and this has created man new ideas and concepts that are linked to cooking, and food preparation and presentation. Sometimes all the knowledge can be overwhelming, and at other times you can find your self-reading the same recipes over and over. This is why we see a need for a website like this.

Besides the fact that we love to cook and talk about it, we are also part of the restaurant industry, and as such we have a lot of experience in that segment as well. We won’t be shy about sharing the latest info from the industries as well as our own experience in the business.
